We want you to be as relaxed as possible.
If another day/time cannot be scheduled, the amount of time that you are late will be subtracted from your appointment time. We do not want to run into another client's scheduled appointment time.
If you're less than 10 minutes late to your appointment, this time will be deducted from your service. Your appointment includes consulting, taping under your bottom lashes, checking lash health, etc.
Please arrive with no eye makeup on. We do not charge for a lash bath, but this time is deducted from your service. We won't want anything compromising our work, and when your lashes have residual eye makeup, the synthetic lash won't adhere to your natural lash.
Please note that the longer you go between fills and/or if you are not properly caring for your lashes at home, the more lashes need to be replaced. This will incur additional charges.
If your natural lashes are damaged, too thin, or too sparse, we will not perform the service. Your natural lash health is most important. If they aren't properly cared for, there's nothing for the extension to glue to!
A reminder text is sent 48-hours prior to your appointment time to give you enough time to reschedule.
Your appointment time is scheduled specifically for you, and by missing it, you are taking away a spot that another client could have.
