Service Policy

-Please have a seat upon arrival, text us, and we will come out to get you. Please do not knock on door, as are either with a client or setting up for our next service.
-If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will have to reschedule you for another day/time.
Should we run behind for any reason, please note that we will never rush your appointment and you will still be serviced properly.
-We reserve the right to refuse service at any time at our discretion.

Cancellation Policy

-We request a 24-hour advanced notice for cancellations and/or appointment change requests.
-If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the missed service.
-If you No Show or arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you will be charged 75% of the missed service.

Several appointment reminders are sent via text and email 48-hours prior to your upcoming appointment with the ability for you to reschedule or cancel on the app. Please utilize this tool or reach out to us to avoid a fee!

Lash Extension Policy

-Please arrive with CLEAN lashes free of dirt, oil, and any debris. We do not charge for a lash bath like most salons, but this time is deducted from your service. We don’t anything compromising our work, and when your lashes have residual eye makeup, the synthetic lash won't adhere to your natural lash.
-If your natural lashes are damaged, too thin, or too sparse, we will not perform the service. Your natural lash health is most important. If they aren't properly cared for, there's nothing for the extension to glue to! 

Refund/Return Policy

Our no-refund policy entails that once services have been rendered, payments are non-refundable regardless of circumstances, including dissatisfaction with results or allergic reactions.

Expressions Esthetics LLC will exchange or refund a product if it has not been opened, damaged, tampered with, or used.

All returns/exchanges must be in original condition in original packaging and must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

Expressions Esthetics will not accept any returns or exchanges on any opened, unsealed, or used products unless you have experienced an allergic reaction (see below).

-> We understand that sometimes certain products do not agree with your skin type. Expressions Esthetics will refund or credit the individual product that caused the allergic reaction. ALL reactions must be reported within 48 hours of use. We reserve the right to request a doctor's letter and/or photos of the reaction in order to confirm that it was caused by one of our products. All returned products are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
-> Please note that all instructions, ingredients, opinions and suggestions regarding products that we sell have been provided by the manufacturers and/or distributors. If you have any concerns regarding ingredients, please contact your physician, the manufacturer, or you may contact us for further information.
